Together with the Institute for Organization & Management at Steinbeis University Berlin, we have developed the interdisciplinary part-time certificate course “Leadership & Change Management Healthcare” precisely for these ways of thinking and acting and are starting the 8th year.
In 12 modules spread over 2 years, 30 selected specialist speakers from the healthcare industry provide impulses that enable participants to develop professionally and personally. The practical relevance and close cooperation between different institutions in the healthcare sector are the special features of the program and the guarantee for sustainable success. The development of a network, the exchange between the participants and a constant change of perspective are central components of the training.
