We are an independent cooperation partner for strategic hospital purchasing in the Swiss healthcare sector. With our purchasing association, we promote value creation in local hospitals. Our large network makes a significant contribution to cost efficiency in the healthcare sector. Our cooperation partners currently include 30 Swiss hospitals. Our focus is on the strategic purchasing of medical devices and consumables. As an internationally experienced partner, we support the security of supply of Swiss hospitals with our purchasing group.

Your main tasks will include

  • With several years of experience, you will prepare and conduct negotiations with various suppliers, either independently or as part of a team. Ideally, you have industry experience in the hospital or medical device environment. However, this is not a must
  • You are proficient in efficiently processing large amounts of data, analyzing data evaluations and implementing the results. Analyzing figures in Excel is an integral part of your daily work in preparing for negotiations
  • You are responsible for the management of selected suppliers
  • You are ready to take on new challenges. Working independently and negotiating are a matter of course for you
  • You are also convincing in critical situations in which you represent the interests of the company in a confident and goal-oriented manner. With sound negotiation skills, you can critically evaluate and manage suppliers

  • You can look back on a degree in economics, health economics/management, technology or similar
  • You value a dynamic environment and can achieve excellent results even under pressure
  • You have sound knowledge in the analysis and interpretation of data
  • You have already successfully demonstrated your organizational talent, your problem-solving skills and your analytical and strategic way of working, combined with a strong economic understanding
  • You are characterized by your ability to work in a team, assertiveness and negotiating skills
  • You communicate effortlessly in German and, if possible, in English and/or French
