Young professionals have become an integral part of today’s working world, especially in view of the shortage of skilled workers. More and more companies are recognizing the added value and potential of young employees. But how can we promote and retain young talent?
It is important to create an environment in which they feel comfortable. Above all, a collective is needed that offers community and mutual support. Experience shows that personal contacts often form the basis for a productive exchange. We have therefore decided to establish a transnational network for young professionals within the purchasing community.
In our network, around 30 young members from medical technology, the hospital environment and the Sana purchasing community meet every week to exchange ideas and work together on topics, explicit questions and solutions to problems. The main aim is to hold open discussions and provide food for thought without hierarchical structures or pressure. Everyone has the chance to present their ideas and impulses, discuss them and develop them further together!
After many digital network meetings, we met in person for a joint workshop in Munich in mid-February. Among other things, we were able to experience an exciting exchange with Dr. Christian von Klitzing and Julia von Grundherr.
Are you under or in your early 30s, from the MedTech sector or working in a hospital and interested in an exchange across sectors and countries? Become part of the network. Please feel free to contact us.
